Shipping

I know how hard it is to lose a human or animal companion and it is important to me to make sure you receive your cremation memorials as soon as possible after you place your order.

Shipping is free within the USA.

I offer two options for international orders:

1. You may send me ashes in your own small container or ziplock bag. After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the address you can send your container of ashes to. This option will only cost $15 for shipping of your completed piece(s), your ashes, and any photos you include.

2. For an additional $15 ($30 total), I will send you the ash collection kit. Airmail post to international addresses can take 1-3 weeks depending on the location and speed of your local customs so this option will take a little longer. Please note that this option does not include the cost of shipping from your country to the US since I am not able to print postage for countries outside the US.

I haven’t yet been able to meet all the new requirements to be compliant with GDPR implemented by the European Union in May 2018. Until I meet the requirements, I am unfortunately not able to accept orders from EU countries directly. If you would like to place an order from an EU country, you may order through my Etsy store since Etsy is compliant with the GDPR requirements.

Testimonials

Dear Mark, I cannot thank you enough for the sweet gift, talent, & love that you put into your work. What a wonderful way to honor the ones we have lost.

I am so glad that I found your site, as I was really struggling with something meaningful & special to do with the little tin can that sits on my nightstand. Scatter the ashes? Keep them tucked away forever inside the tin can forever?

I saw your work and knew immediately that, although it was difficult to take a few scoops out of the can to send off to you, this was a perfect way to add a little more beauty & movement to the sad, stillness of the tin can. And it is something that I will wear & hold close to me always. It was the first of many steps to moving through the grief of losing my boy. I miss him always…Thank you so much, this life is beautiful.
