Returns

 

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase on all non-custom merchandise. Customer pays for return shipping and full credit minus original shipping costs will be refunded upon receipt of returned item. Items that have been custom made with cremation ash provided by the customer are not returnable.

Refunds are offered on memorials that have not yet been created for up to 30 days after original date of purchase. A $10 charge ($15 for International orders) will be deducted from refunds to cover the cost of kit, shipping and handling.
